Welcome to the mobile application “Bonsai Flow Puzzle” (the “App”). The App is provided by sole proprietor Kseniia Andriivna Butsmay (RNOKPP 3317504045; address: 19 Umanska Street, apt. 21, Kamianske, Dnipropetrovsk region, Ukraine, 51909) (“we”). By installing or using the App, you agree to these terms.
1. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your device in accordance with the rules of the applicable app store (Google Play / App Store).
2. Gameplay and progress
The App provides puzzle levels, daily quests, local progress, and in-game reward mechanics. We may add, change, rebalance, or remove levels, events, rewards, and features over time.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the App or its assets to build a competing product without permission, or use the App in any way that violates the law or third-party rights.
4. Advertising and third-party services
The App may contain advertising via Google AdMob, including interstitial and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads are optional and may grant in-game benefits only when the ad provider reports that the reward was earned. Third-party services are governed by their own policies.
5. In-app purchases
The App may offer optional in-app purchases, including a Remove Ads purchase. Remove Ads disables interstitial ads shown between levels while the purchase is active, but optional rewarded ads may still be available when you choose to watch them for an in-game benefit. Purchases, refunds, billing, family sharing, and restoration are handled by the applicable app store under its rules.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, availability of advertising, or compatibility with every device.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of on-device data, missed rewards, or other consequences of using the App.
8. Termination
You may stop using the App by uninstalling it. We may discontinue support, events, levels, or updates over time.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, except where mandatory rules of your country of residence apply.
