1. General
By using the App, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, stop using the App and remove it from your device.
2. Categories of data that may be processed
Depending on your platform, region, and settings, the following may apply:
- Device and diagnostic data. For example, OS version, device type, interface language, app version, and identifiers needed for advertising SDK operation and stability.
- Local game data. Progress such as current and unlocked levels, completed daily quest dates, monthly reward progress, bonsai evolution stage, sound and haptics preferences, lives/reward state, and related gameplay values may be stored locally on your device in app storage. Some campaign progress data may also be sent to our server when needed for leaderboard functionality as described below.
- Android leaderboard data. On Android, the App may create a random app-install identifier and a server-side player record so that your campaign progress can appear in the campaign leaderboard without requiring you to sign in to a Google Play Games account. This may include the random install identifier, a generated player identifier and public display label, platform, app version, campaign score/progress, ranking position, rank history used for in-app ranking messages, timestamps, IP address received by the server, and technical request diagnostics.
- Advertising and ad networks. The App may display ads to support free use. For a detailed description of data categories, partners, and choices, see Section 4.
- Install attribution, analytics, and app events. The App may use analytics and attribution SDKs, including Firebase Analytics, AppsFlyer, and Meta App Events, to understand app usage, identify installation sources, measure advertising campaigns, optimize ads, and monitor the technical stability of these integrations. These services may process SDK-generated identifiers, IP address, device and app information, approximate region, installation data, app launches, gameplay milestone events, advertising events, ad revenue events, and advertising identifiers when available under your permissions and device settings.
- Game account and leaderboard data. If you choose to connect a platform game account, the App may use Google Play Games Services on Android or Apple Game Center on iOS for sign-in, platform leaderboards, cloud-save or account recovery features if added later, and related game-service features. This may involve your platform game account identifier, display name or profile information made available by the platform, leaderboard score, achievement status if achievements are added later, and technical information needed by the platform service.
3. Game accounts, leaderboards, and platform services
On Android, the campaign leaderboard may be provided through our own server at api.flow.quizum.online. The App can create a random app-install identifier and a generated player record automatically, without requiring you to connect a Google Play Games account. We use this data to submit your campaign progress, calculate your leaderboard position, show your rank in the App, and show in-app messages such as whether your rank moved up or down.
The Android leaderboard uses generated in-game identifiers rather than your real name, email address, phone number, or Google account. Other players may see generated leaderboard information, such as a generated public player label and score/rank, but not your email address or real identity from our leaderboard system.
The App may also offer optional connection to a platform game account. On Android this may be provided through Google Play Games Services. On iOS, this may be provided through Apple Game Center. Platform game services may be used for sign-in, platform leaderboards, achievements if added later, cloud saves or account recovery if added later, and related game-service features. Platform account processing is handled by the relevant platform provider under its own terms and privacy policy.
4. Advertising, tracking, and ad partners
The App may display advertisements through Google AdMob (Google LLC). We currently use AdMob ad formats such as interstitial ads and rewarded ads. Over time we may use any combination of AdMob formats, including banner, native, and app open ads, depending on how the App is configured.
AdMob may use advertising mediation to request and display ads from third-party advertising partners. Such partners may include Meta Audience Network, operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. and its affiliates, and Unity Ads, operated by Unity Technologies and its affiliates. Ads from these partners are delivered through AdMob mediation; the App does not require a separate Meta, Facebook, or Unity account from you.
The App may also use Meta App Events to send app activity and advertising measurement events to Meta for campaign attribution, reporting, optimization, and fraud prevention. This may include app installs and launches, gameplay milestone events such as completing selected levels, first ad impression events, ad impression-level revenue events, event value and currency, ad format, platform, app version, device information, diagnostics, and advertising identifiers where available.
Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network, Unity Ads, Meta App Events, and their libraries may collect or receive information from your device to deliver, limit, personalize, secure, optimize, and measure ads. This may include:
- advertising identifiers such as Android Advertising ID or Apple IDFA, where available;
- IP address, device type, operating system, app version, and language;
- general location at country or region level;
- gameplay milestone events used for campaign measurement and optimization;
- ad interactions, impressions, clicks, rewarded-ad completion events, ad revenue events, and related diagnostics.
Depending on your region and consent settings, we may use personalized or non-personalized ads. Ad availability and the advertising partner selected for a particular impression may vary by region, device, consent status, and the mediation auction.
Remove Ads purchase
The App may offer an optional in-app purchase that removes interstitial ads shown between levels while the purchase is active. Optional rewarded ads may still be available when you choose to watch them for an in-game benefit. Advertising SDKs may still be present in the App for rewarded ads, fraud prevention, diagnostics, consent handling, and related platform requirements.
Rewarded ads
Rewarded ads let you voluntarily watch an ad in exchange for an in-game benefit, such as an extra life or continuing a failed level. Participation is optional. If a rewarded ad is not completed or no reward is reported by the ad provider, the in-game reward may not be granted.
App Tracking Transparency (iOS)
On iOS 14 and later, the App may request permission to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites using Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. If you decline, you may still see ads, but they may be less relevant.
Your choices and device settings
You can limit or turn off personalized ads through your device settings:
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track” (wording may vary by iOS version).
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → enable “Opt out of Ads Personalization” or the equivalent option.
Even if you opt out of personalized advertising, you may still receive non-personalized ads.

8. Storage and security
Local progress is stored on your device. Protection of on-device data depends on your operating system settings and device security. Android leaderboard records are stored on our server and database for as long as needed to provide the leaderboard, ranking history, security, diagnostics, and related app functionality, unless deletion is required by law or requested through applicable privacy rights.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to, or port your data. To exercise these rights, email tvepicchannel@gmail.com. For residents of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and related acts apply. You can also manage ad preferences in Android/iOS system settings and Google’s tools.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always available at this URL. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy unless applicable law requires otherwise.
